-private Sessions generally bring in a total of $2.00 - $6.00/min.
-our pay-per-view system will allow you to release archived video of your Private Sessions to paying customers.
-if a customer purchases the ability to watch your video, you will earn a minimum of 75% of all money collected!
-you may enter as many videos into the system as you choose.
-you can basically work as many or as little hours as you want.
-we encourage you to work at least 25 hours a week so you can build a customer base.
Options:
-you can block any Country you do not want to appear in.
-you will have the flexibility to determine your own per minute rate.
-you will have the option of choosing anywhere between $2.00 and $6.00 per minute.
-we advise that if you do not have any experience to always start at $2.00 per minute until you establish a certain comfort level.
-you can always adjust this rate as you see fit when you get more experience, and expand your fan base.
-you will have the option if you like to have another performer with you in your chat room; both performers must have both identification and signed paperwork (PerformerAgreement) registered with PvtCams before performing together.
Payment:
-you will be paid every two weeks on the 1st and the 15th of each month trough ePassporte; if you don't have an ePassporte Account please visit this link http://www.epassporte.com
-a $2.00 fee will be deducted from your earnings to process every payment.
-all Private Sessions will be updated (in real time) in your performer account page.
Performer agrees that he/she is solely responsible for the content provided. Performer acknowledges and agrees that PvtCams may, in its sole discretion, delete and/or modify any aspect of the content, including without limitation,content, messages, photos or profiles, that, in PvtCams's sole discretion, violate the terms of any of its respective agreements or polices.
Performer agrees that any video, audio, text, or photo content that is produced using the PvtCams system during video conference sessions is the exclusive property of PvtCams and he/she will not use such content in the promotion of any other website or anywhere else on the internet.
Performer grant PvtCams unlimited redistribution and use rights to any media content that she might submit to PvtCams for use on the site.
Become a Member!
The visitor can create a user account by completing the registration process. At registration the visitor will have to provide accurate, actual and complete information about himself. It is not allowed to create and/or have more than one account, it is not allowed to create accounts for others either. An account is personal; a visitor or a member is not allowed to pass their account-information to others and is not allowed to let others use their account.
When for whatever reason possible a member's information is not correct anymore, the member is obligated to alter his information accordingly.
If the members supplies us with incorrect or incomplete information or when PvtCams has reasonable doubt as to wether the information is correct or complete, PvtCams can suspend or end the membership.
The member is responsible for the secrecy of his own username and password. He alone is responsible for use of his account by third parties, regardless of the way they gained access to the account.
To prevent figurative use of the account, the member has to choose a strong enough password. This password preferably contains a combination of digits and letters. PvtCams does not possess the means to identify the member and thus can not know if an account has been used unauthorized.
If the member has reasons to suspect his account is being used without authorization, he will inform PvtCams immediately. PvtCams can never be held responsible for use or figurative use of the account.
Use of service
The visitor and/or member will use the website and offered services only for what they were meant to and in such a way that it brings no harm to the website and/or services and in a way that does not trouble other visitors and/or members.
The visitor and/or member is obligated not to use any harmful means that put excessive load on the system.
Also, the member will not urge performers to perform any activies against the rules within this agreement.
After every visit the member will terminate the connection with the website or the membersarea by logging out and closing the browser.
During the visit to the website and/or during use of services files will be saved on your computer.
Visitor or member is the one responsible for removing these files after each visit.
PvtCams can not be held responsible for prolems involving but not limited to a visitors and/or members computer after visiting the website and/or use of offered services. The visit and use of the website and use of offered services is entirely at their own risk. You are solely responsible for knowing and understanding your local laws concerning standards of content legality for purposes of obscenity laws. You further represent and warrant that you understand the nature of the content published on PvtCams.net, namely, sexually explicit materials, and that you voluntarily and knowingly choose to view such material, and that such material does not offend or vex your sensibilities.
Payment
PvtCams has no basic fee for membership to the free areas of the Service. However, some areas on the Site such as the video chats with the hosts and viewing the hosts videos will incur charges to you at the rate set by PvtCams.
The prices for the video chats are based on per-minute rates.
PvtCams has the right, at its own and sole discretion and at any time, to change the billing and payments methods and to add or remove other methods regarding the billing and payments issues.
PvtCams reserves the right to change all and any fees and charges regarding the Service.
In case you do not wish to remain a member due to a change in the Terms and Conditions, you may terminate your membership anytime by sending an e-mail to: contact@pvtcams.net
The payment has to be done before service is being used and will be made available in the form of chips. During use of the service chips that are due will be substracted from the total number of chips purchased.
PvtCams is allowed to change rates on services at any point in time.

Remember that performers can set their own chips/minute (between 200chips & 600chips).
Refund
PvtCams does not to provide refunds to Subscribers. In some cases PvtCams may issue refunds to Members that turn to PvtCams.net, in the form of Credits of free time in the ScoresLive system in the event that a situation is determined a refund by the management of PvtCams.
In the event that a refund is issued, all refunds will be made by crediting the ePassporte user id that was used to make the original purchase.
No refunds will be made by cash or check. Please note that in case of cancellation of Subscribers account no credits on the PvtCams Service will be credited to Subscriber or can be converted to cash or any other form of reimbursement.
